In-House Solar & Battery Sales Person

Limitless Services Group Pty Ltd is a Sunshine Coast-based solar and electrical company growing fast across South-East Queensland, and we're expanding our in-house sales team to keep up with demand across both residential and commercial markets.

This is a genuine, employed sales role — not a contractor gig, not commission-only, and not a lead-generation or door-knocking position. You'll run your own pipeline, manage your own deals from first contact through to installation, and be rewarded properly for closing them, across a territory that runs from Brisbane up to Gympie.

As the business grows, we want a sales person who can grow with it — someone looking for a genuine, long-term career in solar and battery sales, with the earning potential and progression to match the effort you put in.

About the Role

This is a KPI-driven role. You'll work to clear sales and activity targets that keep you, the team and the wider business aligned and moving toward the same goals, with regular check-ins to track progress and support you in hitting them.

•      Sell both residential solar and battery systems ($10,000–$20,000+) and larger-scale commercial solar and battery projects across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and up to Gympie

•      Run consultations, site assessments, system design and proposals for homeowners and businesses

•      Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact and needs assessment through to contract, handover and installation

•      Build and maintain your own pipeline across both residential and commercial channels

•      Develop relationships with local business owners and decision-makers to open up commercial opportunities

•      Represent Limitless Services Group Pty Ltd with honesty and professionalism at every customer touchpoint

About You

•      Proven sales experience — solar, energy, electrical or big-ticket residential/commercial sales highly regarded

•      Comfortable and confident selling to both homeowners and business decision-makers

•      A genuine closer: confident, self-motivated and target-driven

•      Strong communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships

•      Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence (required to start)

•      Based on, or willing to be based on, the Sunshine Coast

•      Any background welcome — we care about your ability to sell, not anything else

•      Comfortable working within a structured, KPI-driven sales environment
