Service Advisor

Currently we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor, to join our Service Department located at Lilydale.

As the first point of contact between the dealership and our customers, your main responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Book and coordinate all aspects of vehicle servicing and/or repairs
• Setting and obtaining service sales and profit objectives
   

Skills & Experience:

• Customer service experience
• Previous experience as a service advisor
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound computer skills
• Solid technical knowledge / understanding of the automotive industry (desirable)
• Current National Police Certificate, or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
