Gravity House is Bega Valley's first indoor climbing gym. We're opening in November 2026. We've been building this with the valley for over a year, with 650+ people following along. The routes are the product. We need someone to make them great.

The Location

Kalaru in Bega Valley, NSW. 5 minutes from Tathra beach. Good surf. Some of the best MTB trails in the state on your doorstep.

The Role

You'll set and strip boulder problems across 300m² of walls, on a regular reset cycle. Fresh blocks, consistent grades, clean movement. Problems that teach something, for everyone from a nervous first-timer to a seasoned climber.

You'll work closely with the gym manager and the founders.

What You'll Own

Who We're Looking For

You're a strong climber who thinks about movement, not just grades. You know why a problem is fun, and you can explain it.

Commercial setting experience is a real plus. If you haven't set commercially but you climb well and you're keen to learn, we want to hear from you too.

You set for everyone. The 6-year-old in the kids zone and the obsessive projecting their hardest climb deserve the same care. No ego routes.

You're organised and safety-conscious, and you're comfortable on ladders, with power tools, working at height.
