We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Primary Health Care Education Team by coordinating induction and training activities, preparing training spaces, processing purchase orders and invoices, supporting training compliance projects, and contributing to quality improvement, service standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.

To be successful, you will have experience across a broad range of administrative functions, with a strong focus on process improvement. You will demonstrate the ability to coordinate and facilitate staff movements, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports, present ideas, and provide recommendations as required.

A current Northern Territory driver's licence, or the ability to obtain one, is essential.
