The Opportunity

Our Oils and Technical Services team are searching for a Senior Commercial Business Partner to play a key role in supporting financial performance across our business.

This is a highly visible role working in close partnership with Branch Managers and operational leaders to support informed decision‑making, improve profitability, and deliver sustainable cost and margin outcomes across a technically complex and operationally diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Partner with the business to support site and portfolio P&L performance, identifying opportunities for sustainable profitability improvement
• Lead and support month‑end reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes for assigned portfolios
• Work collaboratively with Branch Managers to develop and implement cost‑saving and margin‑enhancing initiatives
• Provide commercial guidance and support for tendering and sales activities, ensuring pricing decisions are informed by cost‑to‑serve and risk considerations
• Build, evaluate and support business cases and CAPEX proposals
• Translate complex operational and technical information into clear, practical commercial insights that support planning and decision‑making

About You

• CA or CPA qualified, with relevant experience in a Commercial Business Partner or similar role in a complex, multi‑site industrial or waste management environment
• Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to influence outcomes through collaboration
• Comfortable working alongside diverse stakeholder groups within technically driven operations
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting systems
• Willingness to travel regularly across multiple states
