Service Advisor

Mawson Lakes Volkswagen has delivered award‑winning customer service since opening in 2020, earning Volkswagen Metro Dealer of the Year two years running. With our exciting expansion into Geely Mawson Lakes, we’re continuing to grow — and we’re looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team.

You’ll be the key link between customers and our service department, ensuring every visit is smooth, professional, and positive from booking to handover. This role suits someone organised, personable, and committed to delivering great service.

Experience is not essential — full training will be provided to the right candidate. If you have the right attitude, we’ll teach you the rest.

• Pentana ERA experience (desirable, not essential)
