Where And How You Can Work

Our flagship Sydney campus is uniquely Canva - an extension of our Surry Hills neighbourhood. It's a thoughtfully designed space with plenty of room to collaborate, focus, and connect.

This role is based in Sydney, and we're looking for someone who calls it home. Our hybrid way of working gives you the flexibility to work remotely, and to come together on campus for meaningful in-person collaboration and connection when it matters most. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What You'd Be Doing In This Role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On

Leading our highest-priority push to expand Print's geographic and SKU coverage, starting with owning the SKU launch strategy and roadmapOwning merchandising and strategic positioning for our print products - building the frameworks for how they're presented, described and named to drive conversionDeveloping and owning pricing strategy across our print catalog, including how we monitor and review it over timeIdentifying and owning the performance metrics that matter most for SKU and geographic expansion, and surfacing the insights behind themBuilding a repeatable launch engine that cuts manual work and shortens the path from opportunity to shipped market or SKUPartnering across Operations, Product, GTM, Engineering, Data and Finance to turn strategy into execution - and rolling up your sleeves for the day-to-day fires along the way

You're probably a match if

You've spent 7-8 years in an analytical, strategic role - analytics, consulting, product, business operations or finance - including at least 2 years in a high growth companyYou're a strategic problem solver who can break down ambiguous problems with a first-principles approachYou're highly analytical and metrics driven, comfortable sizing opportunities, defining KPIs and communicating performance clearlyYou have a track record of turning strategy into execution, not just recommendationsYou're a strong communicator who can simplify complex topics and drive alignment across teams and levelsYou're a fast learner with the curiosity to get up to speed in new domains quickly, and the resourcefulness to find a way to get things done

About The Team

Print is where creative ideas become physical products - postcards, packaging, posters and more. This role sits at the centre of that operation, partnering across Operations, Product, GTM, Engineering, Data and Finance to shape how Print runs and grows as one of Canva's fastest-growing physical product lines.
