Contract Administrator

The Role
Struxture Group is seeking a site‑based contract administrator to join our VIC team. This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands‑on involvement in delivery, and a genuine pathway toward project management.

What you’ll do
Manage subcontractor packages, procurement and scopesSupport claims, variations, budget tracking & cost reportingMaintain RFIs, documentation and contribute to HSE/WHS complianceAssist with site operations and help drive program deliveryPrepare minutes and support the wider project team across delivery
What you bring
4+ years' CA or Project Coordination experienceBackground in health, education, research or complex commercial projects (preferred)Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skillsComfortable working onsite and supporting program outcomesProactive, detail‑driven and eager to keep developing
