Food & Beverage Attendant Casual

The role includes

• A la carte service in both a fine dining and casual setting

• Function service including morning and afternoon teas, cocktail parties, banquet style events and small to medium private parties for Members

• Coffee service

• Set up and break down of functions and meetings

The shifts are predominantly Monday to Friday but require flexibility as day & evening shifts are involved. The Club has a small number of events on weekends during the year.

The successful applicant will enjoy working as part of a small professional team and will have an adaptable and pro-active nature. They must be flexible in their approach, as this is a varied and diverse role.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Hospitality experience in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years)

• Immaculate presentation

• Refined communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

• Attention to detail and ability to work with a substantial level of accountability

• A can do attitude

• Creative flair

• Basic Wine knowledge

• Basic Barista skills

• Current RSA
