Disability Support Worker

Melbourne Disability Services is seeking experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers for casual community and in-home support roles.

The Role

You will support NDIS participants to achieve their goals and maintain independence through:

• Community access and social activities

• Personal care and daily living assistance

• In-home support

• Transport to appointments and activities

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as Disability Support Worker

• First Aid and CPR certificates

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle

• Strong communication skills

• Experience with complex needs or behaviours of concern is highly regarded
