We're looking for a People & Talent Coordinator to join our People, Process & Culture team and help us deliver a great experience for candidates and employees alike. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment, administration, people coordination, and building positive relationships across a business.
This is a hands-on role supporting recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations. You'll work closely with hiring managers across the business, helping attract great talent, coordinate hiring activities, maintain employee records, and support a range of HR initiatives.
You'll be a key point of contact for candidates and employees, ensuring processes run smoothly and professionally while helping us build a positive workplace culture.
Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Draft, publish, and manage job advertisements across SEEK, LinkedIn and other platforms
Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
Maintain recruitment pipelines, inboxes, and applicant records
Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment verification activities
Prepare employment documentation and assist with onboarding activities
Support induction processes for new employees
Review and report on staff utilisation and resourcing information
Support workforce planning and future hiring requirements
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with performance management, employee engagement, learning and development activities
Support HR reporting, compliance, and policy administration
Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
You'll be an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working with people and keeping things running smoothly.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration, or a similar role
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Understanding of recruitment and selection processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
A professional, approachable, and service-focused attitude
Experience using Microsoft 365 applications
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
AHRI membership or involvement in HR professional networks
Permanent part-time position (3 days per week)
Hybrid working arrangement: 2 days in our Parramatta office and 1 day working from home
Exposure to a broad range of HR and recruitment activities
