The Opportunity

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on team members to join our production team in permanent full-time roles directly with Trumps.

These roles are suited to people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can commit to their shift on an ongoing basis. You’ll be working across a range of production functions as part of a supportive team.

Available Roles

Packers

• Pack products from the production line into cartons and pallets

• Label and check products for quality and accuracy

• Work to production targets

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Decanter / Mixer (Production)

• Prepare and mix products in line with set recipes and production schedules

• Transfer finished and in-process products into bins or trays for packing

• Accurately follow recipes, batch sheets and standard operating procedures

• Conduct basic quality checks and report any product or process issues

• Assist across production areas as required to support operational needs

• Perform manual handling tasks, including regular lifting of up to 25kg

Production Cook

• Operate roasting machinery to produce finished products

• Monitor product quality during cooking

• Clean and maintain equipment

• Troubleshoot basic machine issues

Production Forklift Driver

• Operate high-reach forklift to move materials in and out of production

• Supply cartons, pallets and raw materials to production

• Check stock accuracy and complete required paperwork

• Support production flow and minimise downtime

• Follow all safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and able to commit to your allocated shift

• Comfortable with physical, repetitive work

• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Forklift licence (for forklift roles)

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
