ESG Manager

Shape the future of ESG at TVH.

We're looking for an experienced ESG Manager to lead the implementation of TVH's three-year ESG Strategy and help embed ESG into the way we operate. You'll establish the governance, reporting and assurance frameworks needed to support the business as it continues to grow.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll lead TVH's preparation for external sustainability reporting over the next 12-24 months while driving initiatives across climate and carbon, workforce equity, supply chain integrity, governance and compliance.

Partnering with Executive Leadership, operational teams and key external stakeholders, you'll strengthen ESG capability, support customer sustainability requirements, maintain compliance with evolving regulatory obligations and integrate ESG considerations into business decision-making.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have delivered ESG initiatives within service-based and operational environments, such as building services, construction, facilities management, infrastructure or related industries, and who understand how to engage stakeholders from the field through to executive leadership.

The Opportunity

You'll lead and drive initiatives across environmental sustainability, governance, compliance and social responsibility, including:

• Delivering our Board-approved ESG Strategy and annual action plans.

• Leading carbon reporting, including Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.

• Preparing TVH for external ESG reporting and assurance.

• Driving readiness for emerging Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS/AASB S2).

• Managing Modern Slavery, WGEA and broader ESG compliance obligations.

• Developing ESG policies, governance frameworks and reporting processes.

• Supporting ISO management systems alongside our HSEQ team.

• Partnering with customers on ESG questionnaires, tenders and sustainability initiatives.

• Building ESG capability and awareness across the business.

About you:

We're looking for someone who enjoys building capability, influencing stakeholders and turning strategy into action.

• A degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business or a related discipline.

• Five or more years' experience in ESG, Sustainability or Corporate Responsibility.

• Strong knowledge of Australian ESG legislation and reporting requirements.

• Experience with greenhouse gas reporting and carbon reduction initiatives.

• Experience developing governance frameworks, policies and compliance reporting.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• The confidence to work with senior leaders while engaging operational teams across the business.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
