Business Support Officer

As a Business Support Officer, you will:

- Provide efficient and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Director, and general administrative support to the Regional Management Team and the region as required.

- Provide timely and accurate advice to regional staff, including by not limited to functions such as corporate card administration, QFleet, financial elements (SAP, invoicing, vendor, accounts payable, variances, accruals), business directory.

- Arrange travel bookings for travel undertaken by the Director, Regional Management Team and for the region.

- Maintain and update a filing system of confidential documents, internal correspondence and other information as necessary, as a reference source for staff.

- Provide business support for the Regional Office, including but not limited to functions such as stationery requests, DMS/archiving, security and ID, issue of travel related cab charge/train dockets, payment of accounts, meeting management support (venue, catering, resources) and/or ad hoc project requirements.
