Andreasens Green is one of Australia’s leading wholesale nurseries with over 135 acres under production across sites in New South Wales. We supply to trade customers in both the commercial and residential landscape sectors including local councils for over 45 years.

We are currently seeking to appoint an outstanding Client Solutions Manager to join our sales team at Kemps Creek in delivering some of the east coasts most exciting landscape projects. If you have a strong project management/ sales background and a passion for horticulture this is an exceptional opportunity with strong development potential for the right candidate. We are seeking unique candidates that will complement our fantastic team and actively support our growth.

Day-to-day duties include:

·         Working with the Customer Lead, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery on time and in full.

·         Inventory management and purchasing

·         Providing our customers with start-to-end project support and execution

·         CRM and contract management

·         Logistics coordination

You will also drive budgeted sales results through:

·         Total account management with a defined portfolio of clients

·         The delivery of exceptional customer service

·         The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

·         Having strong horticultural knowledge and consultative approach.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

·         Experience in customer management in the horticulture or building trades.

·         Strong administration and computer skills with a high attention to detail.

·         A horticulture qualification – Cert 3 or above OR demonstrated experience in horticultural/landscape trades.

·         Previous experience with MYOB would be highly regarded.
