To be considered you must:

1/ Have a current AHPRA registration (or close to obtaining)
2/ Be comfortable working autonomously
3/ Maintain a high standard of skills in all areas of general dentistry
4/ Excellent communication skills with both other members of the team and patients
5/ Be friendly, committed and highly motivated
6/ Preferably have at least 2 years' experience as a dentist

The duties this position entails are as follows:

1/ Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries and malformation of teeth periodontium and related oral structures
2/ Examine patients to determine the nature of their dental condition, coordinating radiography and other diagnostic procedures
3/ Provide appropriate advice and alter treatment programs to patients and their guardians or caregivers
4/ When appropriate, refer patients for specialist treatment
5/ Work in an ethical and professional manner

Commission structure of 40% of net billings can be negotiated with a minimum guaranteed base salary.
