As we head into a busy season, we're looking for dedicated and professional individuals to join our close-knit team, with Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.

We're currently hiring for Section Waiters, Supervisors, an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Chefs de Partie, and a Sous Chef:

Assistant Manager:

• Lead service periods with a strong presence on the floor

• Uphold high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness

• Track and respond to performance metrics, including sales and guest feedback

• Manage labour costs efficiently

• Mentor and develop team members to strengthen culture and capability

• Support reporting, timesheets, and daily operational tasks

About You

• Preferable experience in a management role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Decent wine & food knowledge

• Reliable, hands-on, and solution-oriented

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiance.

• Availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Section Waiters and Supervisors 

Salary: Casual hourly rate or permanent part time position available.

The Role

Working closely with the management team, you will contribute to smooth service delivery, support team performance, and help maintain high standards across the venue.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Understand the difference between standard service and genuine hospitality

• Bring a positive attitude and confidence engaging with a diverse range of guests

Sous Chef:
