Experienced Skin & Laser Therapist | Part-Time

About the role

This is a hybrid therapist-and-operations role. You will deliver a full advanced skin and laser menu, including consultations, treatment planning, home care and retail recommendations. You will also own the clinic day: managing the booking system, keeping the calendar full and efficient, handling client follow-ups and retention, processing payments and packages, maintaining clinical records and compliance, and managing opening and closing procedures including room setup, device prep, daily reconciliation, restocking, cleaning and stock monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, treatment planning, and recommend home care and retail products

• Manage the booking system: appointments, rescheduling, cancellations, and waitlists

• Own daily calendar management: keeping columns full, efficient and on time

• Handle client follow-ups, rebooking and retention

• Process payments, packages and membership

• Maintain clinical records, consent forms and pre/post care compliance

• Open the clinic: room setup, device prep, space client-ready

• Close the clinic: daily reconciliation, restock, clean down, secure premises

• Monitor stock and flag reorders

• Maintain immaculate rooms, equipment and retail areas throughout the day

About you

• 2+ years' hands-on experience in skin, laser or dermal aesthetics

• Full Use Laser License and HLTINF005 Infection Control (essential, non-negotiable)

• Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty or Dermal Therapy

• Confident across multiple device types

• Strong clinical knowledge of pigmentation, acne and hormonal skin

• Organised and reliable, with initiative to run a clinic day unprompted

• Confident with booking systems and comfortable owning front-of-house

• Comfortable consulting, treatment planning and recommending home care and retail

• Content-capable: candidates with their own well-run social accounts or confident in participating in social media are a strong plus
