Shelly Swimming School began in March 2007.  

Since then Shelly Swimming School has developed and grown to be a well-organised and well-reputed swim coaching facility through its years of pursuit for excellence and dedication.

Shelly Swimming School is looking to employ enthusiastic, committed and suitable Swim Teachers/Coach to join our team.

We are seeking passionate, qualified, and enthusiastic Swimming Instructors and Coaches to join our dynamic team across multiple locations in Sydney, including North Parramatta and Oatlands Locations.

This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a Swimming School that continues to expand and currently operates out of various venues including North Parramatta,  Abbotsleigh Girls, Wahroonga, Pymble, Terry hills, Enfield, Hurstville, Seven hills, Cranbrook, Thornleigh and Oatlands.

The Role

The main focus of the position would be to have the drive to implement and reinforce our structured water safety and stroke technique procedures.

Our students are the heart of this school and what motivates us everyday. The preferred candidate will be mindful of each students' growth and while also striving to the best that they can be.

This position is for our Wahroonga and Pymble locations. Flexibility to teach at these locations is a must.

Desirable candidates should be:

• Motivated and enthusiastic and prepared to provide themselves and their swimmers with a skill for life.

• Willing to develop the Shelly Swimming School procedures into a comprehensive Learn to Swim/Squad training programme which would prepare our swimmers to be Water Safe, competitive and ensure ongoing support.

Requirements:

• Basic swimming skills an advantage

• Committed candidates with no teaching qualifications will be trained in house at all venues to allow them to obtain Austswim qualifications.

• Candidates must have flexible availability.

• Morning work and school hours available to suit your schedule.

• Must work for at least one year with company.

Additional vacancies:

• Qualified experienced Coaches required for our Aquatic venue.
