Apprentice Landscaper (1st Year) Maintenance and Construction

Established in 2003, Abloom Landscapes designs, builds and maintains high-end outdoor spaces across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches.

We're looking for a motivated 1st Year Apprentice Landscaper who wants to build a long-term career in the industry while learning from experienced Team Leaders in a supportive, professional environment.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn all aspects of landscape construction and garden maintenance while completing your Certificate III in Landscape Construction.

Our goal is to help you grow into a qualified landscaper and future Team Leader.

You’ll gain practical experience across both landscape maintenance and construction, including:

Maintenance: mowing, trimming, mulching, pruning, planting, irrigation, lawn care and more.

Construction: stonework, paving, retaining walls, turf, decking, pool surrounds and timber work.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Genuine interest in landscaping and outdoor work

• Reliable and punctual

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Ability to undertake manual/physical work

• White Card (or able to get one)

• Driver’s licence (preferred, or working towards it).
