Customer Experience Officer (Manufacturing)

Corex is an Australian manufacturer of sustainable polypropylene sheet products, including Corflute® and Promeg®. We supply customers across packaging, retail display, industrial and building sectors.

We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to manage customer accounts, process sales orders and coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Customer service and account support (phone and email)

• Sales order processing and order entry

• Liaison with sales, production planning and logistics teams

• Monitoring production schedules and delivery timelines

• Providing order status updates to customers

• Coordinating dispatch documentation and picklists

• Resolving delivery, quality and order issues

Skills & experience

• Customer service experience (B2B or manufacturing preferred)

• Strong administration and data entry skills

• High attention to detail and time management

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities

• ERP or manufacturing system experience advantageous
