About the Role

The successful applicant will:

• Teach students in the lower primary years (Prep–Year 2).

• Foster a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment.

• Deliver creative and differentiated learning experiences.

• Build strong partnerships with parents and colleagues.

• Support the spiritual, academic, and personal development of every child.

• Participate fully in the life of the College.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be a committed, practising Christian who actively attends a Christian church.

• Support and uphold the Christian ethos and values of Border Rivers Christian College.

• Hold appropriate teaching qualifications and Queensland teacher registration (or be eligible to obtain registration).

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.

• Have a genuine passion for Christian education and young learners.
