Telehealth Nurse Practitioner — Australia (Flexible Start) Join a forward-thinking telehealth provider delivering compassionate, evidence-based primary care across Australia. We seek motivated Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses with practice nurse experience to deliver virtual consultations, chronic disease management, preventive health, and patient education.

Key responsibilities Conduct telehealth consultations using evidence-based assessment, triage, and management pathways. Develop and implement care plans for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and mental health support.
Prescribe and manage medications within scope, perform remote monitoring and follow-up, and liaise with GPs and specialists as required. Provide patient education, self-management coaching, and preventative health advice tailored to diverse populations. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvement activities.
Who we are looking for Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) under General registration.
Australian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid work (business) visa eligible to work in Australia. Practice nurse experience preferred; applicants with experience levels ranging from zero to 30+ years are welcome. Strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and comfort with digital health platforms and electronic medical records.
