Factory Production Team Member

As a key member of our factory production team, you will play a vital role in assisting with operating various machines to produce and prepare materials for customer orders, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, and supporting efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with operating roll-forming machinery for producing roofing, gutters, back channels, and beams to meet production schedules.

• Perform quality checks on materials and report defects.

• Process orders using machine computer systems.

• Wrap, handle and load materials with precision, adhering to specifications.

• Organise and prepare steel coils and other inventory for production.

• Pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery while ensuring load safety.

• Participate in team meetings and process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain professionalism and promote a positive work environment.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and use required PPE at all times.

• Safely handle and load materials using forklifts and other equipment.

• Contribute to warehouse organisation and safety practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in machine operation and warehouse duties (preferred).

• Current forklift license (required).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.

• Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

• Willingness to learn and support process improvements.

• Current driver’s license.

• Flexibility in working hours.

• Overhead crane license (desirable).
