Pay Rate: $27.08/hr base rate + casual loading + penalties

Cater Care is seeking a caring and reliable Catering Assistant to join our aged care team at Alinea Koh-I-Noor. Support quality meal services for residents while working in a friendly and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals that bring comfort and quality to residents every day
• Assist with food preparation, texture modified meals and bulk cooking
• Support meal delivery through tray service and friendly resident interactions
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
• Work across kitchen duties including preparation, service and dishwashing

About You

• Experience in catering, hospitality or a commercial kitchen environment
• Passion for creating positive experiences through food and service
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen practices
• Police Check and Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
