Supervisor - Vegetation

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor with a positive can-do attitude to join our team at Lilydale depot based within the service area extending from Bayswater to Healesville to Lysterfield. You will provide leadership and role model ETS’ values to your crew and support the Operations Manager to ensure our program of works is delivered for our client.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Ground-based field work and inspections of vegetation

• Undertake crew safety/quality audits

• Provide clear instruction and direction to crews to ensure completion of required works

• Assess workloads in line with client guidelines & document actions required

• Ensure that safety standards, company policies and safe work practices are always adhered to

About you:

• Previous experience in the Vegetation Management industry either as an arborist or Supervisor - is essential

• Proven experience in supervising, leading teams and driving results

• Commitment to promoting safety, quality and environment compliance

• Current Australian manual drivers’ licence

• MR or HR truck licence or EWP High Risk Work licence highly regarded

• Good communication skills & IT skills, including the ability to use an IPad

The following qualifications would also be desirable for the Supervisor role:

• Cert 2 ESI

• Cert 3 Arboriculture
