About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working person to join the Accounts and Administration team at our Head Office in Lisarow.

Reporting to the Accounts and Admin Manager, the Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for the following duties:

• Ensuring timely and accurate issue of all debtor accounts raised by the company and accounting for all payments received ensuring maximum level of account collection

• Daily balancing, cash handling and preparation of banking deposits

• Issuing monthly statements to all debtor accounts

• Preparing new customer credit account applications

• End of month and end of financial year procedures

• General administration duties

• A high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information

• A high level of verbal and written communication competencies

• Strong problem-solving skills

• High proficiency of knowledge in the operation of electronic systems and accounting software

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise

• Strong ability to negotiate, co-ordinate and facilitate debtor outcomes

• Previous experience in an administration and accounting role would be an advantage

Essential to this role is your ability to work effectively as part of a team to ensure an efficient and high level of service is provided to management, community and staff.
