Blast Hole Driller - SIGN ON BONUS $2500!

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of MACA’s established, high‑performing Drill & Blast teams across all of our WA mine sites. As a Blast Hole Driller, you’ll operate rigs safely and efficiently to achieve daily production targets, working a 2:1 roster. You will be a key member of a skilled and supportive crew, playing a vital role in delivering accurate, productive and high‑quality drilling outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Drill holes to the right depth and angle as per the drill planConduct daily pre-start checks and report any equipment issuesAdjust drilling based on ground conditionsFollow all safety rules and site proceduresWork closely with Shotfirers and Supervisors to achieve accurate drill patternsDemonstrate knowledge of ground conditions and drilling techniques

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

Experience in a production mining open pit environmentEpiroc T45 and D65 and Sandvik D1650i, DP1500i and DR410i & CAT MD6250 & CAT 5150 experience preferredCurrent Manual WA driver’s licenceHR licence advantageousStrong communication skills
