Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per annum + performance incentives

Boutique Property & Advisory is a market-leading boutique real estate agency specialising in premium residential sales, off-the-plan developments and property advisory services.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator & Executive Assistant to work directly with the Principal in a senior, trusted role. This position is ideal for a high-performing real estate administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys responsibility and wants to be part of a growing, elite property business.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end real estate sales administration from contract preparation through to final settlement

• Management of residential and off-the-plan sales files in line with REIWA and legislative requirements

• Contract processing, variations, disclosures and compliance documentation

• Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, settlement agents and developers

• Providing high-level executive assistant support to the Principal

• Managing CRM systems, correspondence, follow-ups and key deadlines

• Assisting with campaign coordination, listings and sales activity

• Supporting client relationship management across high-value transactions

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate administration (essential)

• Current WA Sales Representative Licence

• Current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

• Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, settlements and compliance

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work intuitively, independently and with discretion

• Confident communicator with a strong client-service focus
