Beck & Small Property are currently looking for another Property Management Superstar to join our team!

Beck & Small Property is a boutique agency based in Brighton servicing Bayside & Glen Eira, and surrounding suburbs.

The position available would ideally suit an experienced Property Manager that is looking for an environment where you won’t be micro managed and will have the ability to grow with a fun and friendly team without all the office politics. 

It is our intent that the successful applicant will become a valued team member who’s input is respected and you can learn and grow from highly skilled and experienced colleagues.

Candidates should possess:

• A current agents representative certificate

• A current drivers licence

• Excellent communications skills and presentation

The successful candidate should ideally have knowledge in all areas of Property Management including but not limited to:

• The day to day duties of managing an excellent residential portfolio

• Liaising with both Renters and Rental Providers

• Ability to carry out inspections (routine and entry/exit)

• Organising repairs and maintenance

Hours & Support:

• Monday to Friday (no weekends)

• Most leasing and accounting functions will be looked after for you
