About The Team
Join a passionate and collaborative team dedicated to shaping the student experience at Murdoch University. The Student Experience Directorate brings together specialists across Future Students, Outreach, Student Enquiries, Student Transition, Scholarships, Student Support, and Careers, working together to inspire, guide, and support students from their first interaction with the University through to graduation and beyond. Your New Role!
As the Outreach Officer (STEM), you'll inspire the next generation of students to explore pathways in STEM and higher education through innovative and engaging outreach programs. Focusing on Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Engineering, and IT, you'll develop and deliver hands-on workshops, events, and experiences for secondary school students across Western Australia.
Working collaboratively with academics, researchers, schools, industry partners, and Student Ambassadors, you'll build strong stakeholder relationships and create impactful programs that spark curiosity, broaden aspirations, and showcase the opportunities available at Murdoch University. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people while helping shape the future STEM workforce.

What We Offer You!
This Fixed Term (12 Months) | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $93K - $112K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
