The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Horticulture Supervisor to assist in day-to-day citrus orchard operations. This role includes citrus picking, pruning, thinning, equipment operation, and the supervision of seasonal workers during harvest periods.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on picking and pruning of citrus trees
• Operating and maintaining irrigation and farm machinery
• Monitoring orchard health and reporting pest or disease issues
• Supervising and training seasonal farm workers
• Following WHS standards and farm compliance procedures

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 4 years of supervisor’s experience in horticultural essential
• Proven skills in citrus handling and orchard operations
• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors year-round
• Bilingual communication skills (English + second language) are an advantage
• Basic machinery experience (tractors, sprayers, irrigation systems) is desirable
• Must have a current driver's license and reliable transport
