Account Manager

About the role

PERSOL are hiring an Account manager to join our client, a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company in the Western Sydney region. This company specialises in the production of complementary medicines, supplements and vitamins. They are seeking a motivated and outgoing Individual to join the Account Management team to maintain and grow existing client and customer relationships.

Job responsibilities:

• Identify client needs and be a primary contact for day to day communications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for new and existing accounts
• Continuously enhance marketing communications skills and knowledge
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships at a technical level
• Mentor and train junior team members where necessary

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification
• Minimum 2 years' sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in a client facing Naturopath position will also be considered
• Knowledge of complementary medicines is highly regarded
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Time management and organisation skills
