Receptionist

Hayeswinckle Real Estate is seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our Highton office. This is a diverse and dynamic role where no two days are the same – perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Your role will include:

• Managing front reception duties and being the welcoming face of our office

• Delivering excellent customer service and clear communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

• Coordinating marketing activities to support our sales and rental teams

• Handling document control, invoices, banking and other administrative tasks as required

• Assisting the sales and rental teams with day-to-day tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Confident with computers and systems (experience with Box+Dice highly regarded but not essential)

• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
