Who you will be working for:

You will be part of an established Family Law team in one of Melbourne's successful boutique law firms. This firm prides itself on providing the flexibility for all staff to work from home, and yet they still create a collegiate environment through effective management and personnel practices. There is also a great office space in the city to meet with your colleagues and clients when needed. This is a busy practice, and senior practitioners can be paid very competitive six figure salaries without needing to bring your own client base.

What you will be doing:

You will be handling a diverse range of parenting and property matters, and assisting clients from a wide variety of backgrounds, including high net worth clients. Do not be deterred if you have a specialisation in either kids or property matters. There are fantastic opportunities for growth and progression within the firm and you will have a clear career path ahead of you. Depending on your level of experience, you can commence as either an Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel.

The successful Senior Family Lawyer will need:

• Excellent drafting skills

• Excellent client relationship skills

• Strong time management skills

• Great advocacy skills

• A passion for Family Law
