Creative Director Kylie Radford became an almost overnight success story after designing the perfect fitting pair of pants that she couldn't keep in stock. From that first store, Kylie created collections with a focus on quality fabrics, considered silhouettes and the kind of subtle detailing that makes every piece feel quietly distinctive. Drawing inspiration from the relaxed confidence of the Australian lifestyle, Morrison creates collections that are timeless and modern, with an often unexpected detail that sets each piece apart. Produced in limited quantities with a focus on pieces you will keep forever. Today the label is still designed in Fremantle and has eleven boutiques and over 100 stockists nationally.

We're now looking for a detail-oriented and personable Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Administration Officer to join our Head Office finance team in Fremantle and help keep the numbers - and the relationships behind them - running smoothly.

Working out of our Fremantle Head Office alongside a small, close-knit team, this role offers genuine exposure across the wider business - from finance and accounting through to the design and retail side of Morrison. It's a great opportunity to broaden your skills while getting a real look behind the scenes of a growing Australian fashion brand.

Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Administration Officer

What You'll Do

This role sits within our finance and administration department, covering accounts receivable and payable through to banking, reconciliations and general office support.

You'll be involved in:

●       Managing accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, reconciliations, credit management and collections

●       Overseeing banking and reconciliations across Head Office and our stores, including overseas supplier payments

●       Preparing debtor and creditor reports to support month-end processes and provide general support to the finance team

●       Maintaining strong relationships with our customers and suppliers, resolving queries as they arise

●       Maintaining accurate records and support with ad hoc administrative duties

About You

●       Experience in an accounts receivable, accounts payable or broader finance/admin role

●       Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to reconciliations and reporting

●       Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

●       A confident communicator who builds great relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues alike

●       Proficient with accounting software MYOB EXO and the Microsoft Office suite/Excel

●       A genuine interest in being part of a growing Australian fashion brand
