Join St John of God Midland Private Hospital as a Theatre Bookings Officer. In this permanent part-time role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of theatre bookings and associated activities, ensuring efficient scheduling and smooth operational processes across the Theatre Services department.

About the new Midland Private Hospital
The Position
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and liaise confidently with both clinical and non-clinical caregivers. They will demonstrate a high level of knowledge and understanding of theatre procedures and associated CMBS coding, coupled with advanced keyboard skills and experience using Theatre Management software.
The role requires exceptional organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise competing demands, manage workloads effectively, and maintain a high level of performance in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential, with the ability to accurately code procedures and impart technical knowledge to others when required.
