Senior Sales Manager - Training & Performance

About the role

This is a hands-on sales leadership role focused on building salespeople and lifting performance across North Queensland, with flexible location for the right candidate.

We’re growing our regional sales leadership and may appoint more than one person.

We’re looking for strength in either recruiting, training and driving accountable sales teams, or high-level sales coaching and closing. If you’re exceptional at both, even better.

What you’ll do

• Recruit, train and develop great salespeople

• Drive strong habits, accountability and performance

• Coach consultations, conversion and closing

• Develop future sales leaders

About you

You’ll have a proven record of building sales teams, developing salespeople or materially improving sales performance.

You could come from automotive, direct sales, door-to-door, in-home sales, home improvement, real estate or another high-performance B2C environment.

Solar experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
