Our Kings Cars Ballarat Mitsubishi team are excited to present a new opportunity for a suitably qualified Service Advisor or Customer Service Representative.

Kings Cars Ballarat is an authorised Mitsubishi Dealership that is part of the Kings Cars Group across Western Victoria.

Our Ballarat team is currently seeking a Service Advisor or Customer Service Representative who can deliver Excellent Customer Service and can be efficient, multitask and take the Team to the next level.

Previous experience in the automotive industry is not essential but desirable. Previous Leadership/Supervisory experience an advantage. The successful candidate for this role will be provided with onsite training.

Skill Required:

• Leading a Team to success

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy Service department

• Ensure that the best possible Service is delivered to our Customers

• An honest and reliable work ethic

• A willingness to go the extra mile for our Customers

• Ensuring the workshop is operating at an optimum capacity and KPI’s are continually achieved

• Strong mechanical aptitude
