About the role

About the RoleThis is a service electrician role with ownership, stability, and variety.
You’ll take the lead on a major Government site based in Narrabeen (Northern Beaches) where you’ll spend the majority of your time delivering:
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Reactive electrical maintenance and fault finding
Minor works, upgrades, and small electrical projects
Client liaison with facility managers and site stakeholders
You’ll be the go-to electrician on site, managing day-to-day works, identifying issues before they become problems, and maintaining a high standard of service.
To keep things interesting, around 20–25% of your time will be spent across our wider Sydney portfolio, including:
Commercial service work for facility management and real estate clients
Urgent reactive maintenance jobs
Small project work (EV charger installs, shop fit-outs, refurbishments)
You get the consistency of a primary site, without doing the same thing every day.

NSW Licensed Electrician
4+ years post-trade experience in service, maintenance, or commercial electrical
Strong fault finding and troubleshooting skills
Experience working on commercial sites, facilities, or government contracts (highly regarded)
Current driver’s licence and White Card
Ability to work autonomously and manage a site
Experience with PPM programs / facility maintenance
simPRO or similar job management systems
EWP Licence
WWCC
