The Role:
Join our Brisbane Maintenance Team in a full-time role as a Trade Assistant providing support to our Tradesman based at Windsor. As a part of the team, you will be focused on ensuring our concrete plants are maintained to the highest standard. The role is ideal for a motivated and driven individual that is looking to break into construction industry and has a passion for learning in a collaborative and supportive team.
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting trades with repairs, maintenance and fabrication work
Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Basic assembly, grinding, cutting and general mechanical tasks
Keeping the workshop tidy and organised
Supporting production and workshop staff as needed
What we’re looking for:
Previous TA or workshop experience (engineering or mechanical preferred)
Confident using basic tools and machinery
Physically fit and safety-conscious
Reliable, punctual and a good team player
Current open manual Driver’s licence
