The Role:

Join our Brisbane Maintenance Team in a full-time role as a Trade Assistant providing support to our  Tradesman based at Windsor. As a part of the team, you will be focused on ensuring our concrete plants  are maintained to the highest standard. The role is ideal for a motivated and driven individual that is looking to break into construction industry and has a passion for learning in a collaborative and supportive team. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting trades with repairs, maintenance and fabrication work

• Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Basic assembly, grinding, cutting and general mechanical tasks

• Keeping the workshop tidy and organised

• Supporting production and workshop staff as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Previous TA or workshop experience (engineering or mechanical preferred)

• Confident using basic tools and machinery

• Physically fit and safety-conscious

• Reliable, punctual and a good team player

•  Current open  manual Driver’s licence
