Our platform, SecurityOS, is used by customers across ANZ and expanding globally — and this role sits at the sharpest end of that growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join a scale-up where your fingerprints are on every major customer engagement. You will be the security and solution authority through our sales cycles, the architect of each new customer's security strategy, and the leader who builds and runs the Customer Success team that delivers on those promises. What You'll Do

p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Partner with Account Directors through sales cycles as the security and solution authority — running discovery workshops, demos and proof of value sessions, and owning technical responses to RFPs.p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Design, build and oversee the onboarding of every new customer — leading the development of their security strategy and improvement roadmap in SecurityOS so value lands early and visibly.p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Lead and develop the Customer Success team — setting the operating cadence, owning net revenue retention, and staying ahead of churn risk.p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Own MyCISO's reference architectures and framework mappings across Essential Eight, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2 and others — building reusable playbooks that make every engagement faster and more consistent.p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Feed structured customer insight into Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing — so the platform and the pitch keep improving with every deal.p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Scope and shape the services attached to every deal — working with the CEO and Account Directors on proposals and commercial constructs for strategic opportunities.p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Lift the capability of the people around you — coaching the Customer Success team, enabling Account Directors on demos and qualification, and building the collateral that lets the team punch above its weight.

What You'll Bring

p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> 8+ years in cybersecurity, with a background in security architecture, consulting or GRC advisory.p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Deep working knowledge of Essential Eight, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and SOC 2 (SMB1001 a plus).p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Pre-sales or customer-facing solutioning experience in SaaS, security services or consulting.p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Experience leading or mentoring a team, ideally in customer success, delivery or consulting.p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Credible in front of executives and boards — able to present strategy and defend recommendations under scrutiny.p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Commercially astute — comfortable scoping services, shaping proposals and protecting margin and retention.p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> Strong, practical use of AI tools to speed up analysis, documentation and delivery.p]:mb-0 [&>p]:inline"> CISSP, CISM or SABSA certification is a plus.
