You will provide domestic electrical maintenance and installation services while delivering professional, reliable and customer-focused solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Completing domestic electrical maintenance, installations and repairs.

• Diagnosing electrical faults and providing safe, effective solutions.

• Working with customers to identify and plan the right solution for their homes.

• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.

• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.

• Using our field technology and upfront-pricing system to provide a consistent customer experience.

• Ensuring all work complies with applicable safety requirements, regulations and Australian Standards.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and professional work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current Victorian Electrical Licence.

• A current Victorian driver’s licence, with a manual licence preferred.

• Experience in domestic electrical service work.

• First-class fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.

• A commitment to quality workmanship and professional conduct.

• Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.

• A satisfactory police check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements for appointment to this role.
