About the role
We’re looking for an organised, adaptable and customer-focused Client Services Officer to join our small and collaborative team.
This is a varied role where you’ll coordinate service activities, support our customers and help keep our day-to-day service operations running smoothly. You’ll need to be comfortable working autonomously, using initiative and sound judgement to work through problems, while knowing when to seek input from others.
Priorities can change throughout the day, so you’ll enjoy a role where you can adapt, manage competing demands and apply your skills wherever they are most needed.
As part of a small team, your contribution matters. If you enjoy variety, taking ownership and being someone others can rely on, this could be a great fit.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer communications and service enquiries.
Coordinate servicing of therapeutic equipment.
Assist with furniture service coordination and scheduling.
Maintain accurate customer and service records.
Liaise with customers, service technicians and colleagues to coordinate service activities.
Support reception and incoming telephone enquiries.
Prioritise tasks and respond effectively to changing operational needs.
