About the role
Ramsay Clinic New Farm is seeking an experienced and proactive Clinical Quality and Risk Coordinator to lead the implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s quality, safety and risk management systems. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care while driving continuous improvement and compliance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and other regulatory requirements.
You will play a key role in strengthening clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement frameworks across the clinic. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will lead hospital-wide initiatives, oversee incident investigations and reporting, support accreditation requirements, facilitate consumer engagement and feedback processes, monitor compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements, and foster a culture of safety, accountability and excellence in patient care. You will support the implementation of Ramsay's Patient Safety and Clinical Quality Framework through effective incident management, governance reporting, clinical evaluation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

As the Clinical Quality and Risk Coordinator, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to support compliance with Ramsay Health Care's Patient Safety and Clinical Quality Framework. The role supports clinical governance, accreditation, incident management, consumer feedback systems, compliance monitoring and continuous improvement activities across the facility.
