About the role

We are seeking dynamic, experienced floor staff. If you have a passion for service, people and creating unforgettable experiences while having a blast, this is your moment to shine. This role is available in a full-time or casual capacity.

 
Your responsibilities

• Warmly greet every guest.
• Provide attentive service while exceeding guest expectations.
• Assist with all floor-related duties, ensuring overall guest experience is always a priority.
• Provide answers to all guest-related enquiries and questions with poise and professionalism. 
• Uphold our hygiene, health and safety at all times. 
• Take and accurately relay guest orders to beverage teams and kitchen. 
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient front of the house. 
 
About you

• A good team spirit, a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to develop knowledge in all areas of food and beverage.
• A love of hospitality and guest service.
• Excellent spoken communication skills. 
• Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks.  
• RSA certification is required.

The Dry Dock is conveniently located directly opposite Mort Bay Park and Thames St, Balmain Ferry Wharf - only 11 minutes from Circular Quay.

There is ample ‘all day’ free car parking in the streets around the venue.
