Are you an experienced Mortgage Broker looking for strong support, quality opportunities and genuine earning potential?

Wealth Health Co is a growing financial services business combining mortgage broking, financial advice and financial coaching. We're looking for an experienced broker to join our team and help clients achieve their financial goals.

This is a PAYG salaried role with a competitive base salary, super, performance bonus and Trail Bonus that rewards the long-term value of the client relationships you help build.

• Existing client opportunities and referral sources

• Financial planning, accounting and business coaching referrals

• First home buyer, refinancing, investment and self-employed opportunities

• Dedicated support team

• Manage residential lending opportunities from enquiry through to settlement

• Assist clients with purchasing, refinancing and wealth creation strategies

• Conduct client reviews and identify future opportunities

• Build and maintain referral partner relationships

• Deliver exceptional client outcomes

• Maintain strong compliance and professional standards

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years mortgage broking experience

• Can confidently manage lending applications with minimal supervision

• Takes ownership and accountability for results

• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Enjoys working as part of a team
