Administration and compliance coordinator

About the role

Nursing Group has been operating for over 33 years providing care and support for aged, disabled and palliative care clients. We are seeking someone with excellent administrative skills, industry experience and knowledge of accreditation to maintain our quality standards. The position is for two days per week, Wednesday and Thursday, 8 hours (8am – 4.30pm).

Key responsibilities

• Administration and document management
• Maintaining electronic filing systems
• Maintaining quality management systems
• Interpreting legislation and standards
• Preparing organisations for accreditation

• Experience in a similar role within the care industry
• Strong work ethic

• High level of organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
• Excellent computer skills and advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Demonstrated experience in administration and document management

• Commitment to accuracy and quality
• Experience within the disability, community or aged care sector (desirable)
• Knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards (desirable)
• Experience preparing organisations for accreditation (desirable)
• Experience maintaining quality management systems (desirable)
