We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tyre Fitter to join our team on a full-time basis. If you're passionate about the automotive industry, take pride in your work, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in an automotive mechanical workshop.

• Mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills.

• Additional automotive qualifications or certifications (advantageous but not essential).

• Permanent Australian residency.

• A current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Fit, balance, rotate, and repair tyres on a wide range of passenger and light commercial vehicles.

• Perform wheel alignments (training can be provided if required).

• Inspect tyres and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns, and provide recommendations to customers.

• Carry out puncture repairs and tyre replacements efficiently and safely.

• Assist with basic vehicle servicing and workshop duties as required.

• Work closely with the workshop owner and team to ensure daily targets and customer expectations are met.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in accordance with workplace health and safety standards.

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service while communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and fellow team members.

• $25–$33 per hour + superannuation (depending on experience and qualifications).

• Paid overtime.
