Receptionist/Accounts Payable Officer

Zilzie Wines is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist / AP Officer to join our dynamic Finance & Administration team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a varied and engaging role where you will:

• Manage front office duties and presentation of administrative areas 
• Serve as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
• Process accounts payable invoices and prepare creditor payments 
• Provide administrative support and data entry across departments 
• Assist senior management with administrative tasks as required 

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional, and confident in a customer-facing role
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experienced in or willing to learn accounts payable processes

Experience with EZY Wine is advantageous but not essential.

Entry-level and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
